What started as a small seed inside Renee has blossomed into The Treehouse as we know it today. Her love of Christ and desire to serve others is evident in every task she takes on. Renee's position makes her responsible for the administration of the comprehensive TH program, public relations, community relations, and fund-raising efforts. Renee's most precious times at The Treehouse happens when she can talk and listen to the moms and cuddle with their sweet children . Renee graduated from Minnesota State University with a BS in Occupational Sociology. But it is her field experience as a mother of 4 that gives her genuine insight to the struggles and obstacles young mothers face every day.

Jaleen Claassen

 A teacher by trade, Jaleen approaches all we serve with heartfelt compassion and love. Throughout the years she has been an important connection between the organization and the moms. Her candidness and frank speech has gained our moms respect and they respond to her with the warmth and appreciation of a true friend. Responsibilities include interviewing moms, the publication of the newsletter, writing grants and spearheading our educational programs, but if you ask her what the best part of her day is she will ultimately say making a true connection with Treehouse moms. At the end of the workday Jaleen puts on her "mommy hat" and heads home to husband, Brandon, boys - Brady and Elias, and adorable little girl – Juliet.

Crystal Fowler
Operations Manager

The enormous task of operating the Treehouse thrift store and donation intake lands on the shoulders of Crystal. Keeping the store stocked, donations sorted and managing the volunteers constantly keep Crystal moving from one end of The Treehouse to the other. Her cheerful disposition and genuine concern for others make moms and volunteers feel as though they have always been a part of her family. Crystal graduated from the Wichita Area Technical College. Crystal has several loves – singing with her church worship team, crocheting, and volunteering. She is also the manager of events for her husband, Paul, and their four kiddos - Carlie, Alex, Bryan, and DJ.

Juana Renteria
Client Services Manager

Juana came to The Treehouse in 2010 to oversee our Client Services. She graduated from North High and went on to receive her CMA License from Butler County. She has always worked with low-income families in Sedgwick County and feels very passionate about giving back to the community. A few of her Treehouse responsibilities include interviewing new clients, maintaining a current resource guide, and organizing/leading the Thursday Spanish speaking Mommy Meetings. Juana's favorite part of the day is when she can create strong relationships with Treehouse moms by offering guidance and encouraging advice to help them through difficult situations. Juana is the mother of two beautiful children, Daniel and Marisol.
